Ar Fit Club Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ar Fit Club. We are dedicated to delivering your fitness apparel and gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we focus on premium production and quality control, our fulfillment and shipping times may vary.
Please review the details of our shipping practices below.
1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To ensure the best quality and care, our items are shipped directly from our specialized production facilities.

Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 4 weeks from the date of shipment.

Maximum Estimated Window: Please note that in some cases, due to high demand or custom production runs, shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
📦 Note on Multi-Item Orders: If you order multiple different items, they may ship in separate packages so you get each item as soon as it's ready. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active and show updates within 24–48 hours of receiving the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ar Fit Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if a package goes missing in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately at [Insert Support Email Here]. We will work quickly to file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement out to you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ar Fit Club cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
